The Village Global™ · The Giving Arm of CAI Collective Group

It Takes a Village to Build the Future.

The organizations closest to our communities often have the fewest resources to navigate rapid technological change. The Village Global connects nonprofits, schools, youth programs, community organizations, and mission-driven leaders with practical AI education, technology, strategic expertise, partnerships, and capacity-building support.

Because innovation should not be reserved for organizations with the biggest technology budgets.

Think. Do. Transform.

Build Capacity.Expand Access.Create Opportunity.

Three ideas. One nonprofit. Technology, expertise, and relationships pointed at the people who need them most.

01 — Build Capacity

Helping mission-driven organizations do more with the resources they have.

The Village Global supports nonprofits and community organizations as they strengthen internal capacity and responsibly adopt emerging technology. Support may include:

AI Readiness & Education
Responsible AI Guidance
Workflow & Process Improvement
Technology Strategy
Organizational Capacity Building
Grant & Funding Readiness
Digital Tools & Systems
Workshops & Training
Strategic Connections

Support takes different forms depending on available resources, partnerships, and community initiatives — including sponsored programs, community partnerships, workshops, and selected pro bono or reduced-cost engagements. Not every request can be fulfilled at no cost; we'll be honest about what's possible.

02 — Expand Access

Bringing AI and technology education to the next generation.

Eight Sessions. One Finished Project. A Different Relationship With Technology.

An eight-session responsible-AI and technology experience that helps students in grades 3–12 become informed creators, problem-solvers, and future technology leaders. Students don't simply learn about AI — they explore how it works, use it responsibly, think critically about its impact, and build something of their own.

Success is measured.

Connecting community organizations to an ecosystem — not another referral list.

For nonprofits

Your Mission Shouldn't Be Left Behind by Technology.

Many nonprofits know AI will affect their work but don't have dedicated technology teams or transformation budgets. The Village Global helps identify where technology can genuinely increase capacity — without losing the human relationships at the center of your work.

Tell us what your organization needs.

For funders & corporate partners

The ecosystem model

The Village Global is the connective layer.

CAI builds technology and transformation solutions. The Village Global directs some of that capability toward community impact. Aspire U Institute™ prepares the next generation — and Future Builders AI Lab™ puts that mission into action.

There Is Room in The Village.

Whether you're a nonprofit building capacity, a school preparing students for the future, a company investing in community impact, or an organization with resources to share — we want to build meaningful pathways for collaboration.

The Village Global is a California-recognized nonprofit organization and the giving arm of CAI Collective Group; federal 501(c)(3) status is in progress. Support availability varies by program, partnership, and funding.
